Order cancellation

There is no cancellation in orders that are approved.

 

The products ordered are sent to the customer for approval after their payment is collected in line with the information specified during the order, the customer checks the information to be written on the product and gives approval for printing.

 

Order Cancellation is possible by informing Denizlicotton by phone at + 90-505-7587444 before the confirmation e-mail. There is no cancellation for orders that are approved.

 

There is no refund after the products received after the approval phase are put under pressure. Costs incurred until the current period for the products that have not been printed but have been approved for printing are collected from the Customer. (Design Fee (90 TL), Credit Card Processing Fee, etc.)

 

Refunds

 

In accordance with the contract, in cases where Denizlicotton will return the product price, the bank account to which the refund will be made is the account where the product price is paid. In the event that the recipient of Denizlicotton cannot make a refund because this account has been closed / changed and / or inoperable for any reason, the buyer is obliged to receive the money by personally applying to Denizlicotton in writing. In this case, the buyer's delay, interest, etc. it is not possible to make requests.

 

Returns take 3 business days at Bank Transfer and 4 business days at Credit Card Payments.
